My intention is to build COMMUNITY where people from all walks of life can come together to practice with their own individuality and desires, but also with the sense of INTERCONNECTION between everyone in the room, finding the JOY in moving together. I offer a space for people to experiment in their practice, bring a new focus or challenge to their physical capabilities, or to simply take a moment for themselves to BREATHE and MOVE. I provide my students with the ability to travel through practise with a particular goal or INTENTION, embodying movement within a flowing VINYASA framework, set within a PLAYFUL and SUPPORTIVE environment. This provides a sense of feeling fully nurtured and empowered to take what they need from their practice into daily life.
I qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in my hometown of Edinburgh in September 2017. My training consisted of a fantastic array of information taught by two inspiring teachers, Helen Gillespie and Demelza Feltham of MUDRA Yoga.
